This channel allows employees, seafarers, and external partners to report any actions that violate maritime regulations, our code of conduct, or the law.

What Should Be Reported?

We encourage the reporting of any serious misconduct or dangerous practices, including but not limited to:

Safety Violations

Breaches of the ISM Code, unsafe vessel operations, or disregard for crew safety.

Environmental Concerns

Illegal discharge, pollution risks, or violations of MARPOL regulations.

Corruption & Fraud

Bribery, money laundering, theft, or financial misconduct.

Workplace Conduct

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination ashore or onboard.

Confidentiality

Your identity will be protected to the fullest extent of the law. Information is shared only with the specific compliance officer handling the case.

No employee or seafarer will face dismissal, demotion, or unfair treatment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
